Heir of Carthage Starts an Empire Campaign

Heir of Carthage takes Balthasar Gelt out for a spin at the head of The Empire. Heir is a Total War vet, but this game adds new dimensions and an AI that isn’t going to just roll over and play dead for you. Things get rough pretty damn fast, and Heir finds himself fighting from the back foot.
